KL 4 Season Yard Care Co-operative is a yard care business owned by individuals and supported by Community Living Kirkland Lake. They provide yard care services in all seasons, including lawn cutting, raking, yard clean up in the summer, as well as snow shoveling in the winter.

 

 

Services and Pricing

Customer’s can opt to have a contract for the whole season or pay per cut/service.
Prices are determined by size of lot. Calls for a free quote are welcomed. Contracts are sent out by the beginning of March with a mid April deadline. Contracts are awarded on to past customers first and new customers are on a first come first served basis.

Winter services include shoveling stairs, walkways, doorways, etc. Again, cost is determined by lot size, amount of work involved. Contracts are sent out to former customers in October with a deadline of November 1st. At this time, it will be determined if the company has room to accept new customers and people may call for a quote.

Spring and Fall services include taking out and putting away lawn furniture, equipment, moving small articles, window washing, leaf raking etc.
